How WhatsApp is used in Portugal
Portugal is one of the more affordable markets in Western Europe, at roughly a third of the Dutch marketing rate. Adoption is high and Portuguese consumers are used to dealing with businesses on WhatsApp, partly through cross-pollination with Brazil.
